New at Highmark Direct – Health Coaches.
In addition to having licensed associates on hand to answer questions regarding health insurance, the Highmark Direct Erie location will also have a Health Coach available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. As an exclusive benefit for being a Highmark member, you will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a specially trained Health Coach in the Highmark Direct store located in Erie, PA. A Health Coach will provide you with variety of resources and information to help you make the most out of your policy. Including:
- Health and Wellness Program Assistance – Including online wellness tools such as the wellness profile, personal health record, and symptom checker all of which are powered by WebMD
- Condition Management Programs – Coaching members regarding their chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, coronary artery disease, heart failure and many more condition management programs
