At Highmark Direct, you can meet with a licensed associate who can offer you personalized assistance when shopping for the right health insurance for you, your family, or small business. If you are a current Highmark member, you can schedule an appointment to discuss recent changes in your life, such as getting married or having a baby, and the different plan options available to you.
Highmark Direct stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Appointments are available until 4 p.m. to ensure you have ample time to discuss your needs.
